All previous commanders and co-commanders are considered veterans. They have much more experience than any of us and deserve to have respect. Veterans also have the power to fire all messengers because if they find out some messengers giving info to other armies only they know most info. To be considered a Veteran, you must go through all ranks and retire while commander or co-commander.
